However, please note that when returning items, the customer is responsible for the return shipment fee. Additionally, all return parcels must be sent back to our oversea warehouse.

Please note that the 21 day timeframe for returning the parcel starts from the date it is delivered to the customer. 

It is essential for the parcel to be sent to our designated destination within this timeframe to ensure a smooth return process.

2. Unworn: The items should not have been worn.
3. Unwashed: The items should not have been washed.

Refund Process and Timeline:
Upon receiving the returned items, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 7days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

If you have not received your refund or a refund confirmation within the specified timeframe, please contact our customer support team. 

We’ll give you the refund by the same method you used to pay, within 5-7 days of your returns. If you haven’t received your refund or refund confirmation from us, please contact us here.
